Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma to design engaging and user-centric interfaces for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a thorough understanding of user experience principles.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices.
Provide input on the overall user experience strategy and help define user journeys.
Ensure that all designs comply with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficient in Figma and other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
