Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads and target companies through online platforms, databases, and other sources.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
- Initiate contact with potential leads via email, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Effectively convey our company's value proposition to generate interest.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads in our CRM system.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, or consultations with qualified leads for our Business team.
- Ensure a seamless handover of leads to the Business team with all relevant information.
- Develop and maintain relationships with leads who may not be ready to make immediate decisions.
- Provide relevant information and content to nurture leads through the buying cycle.
- Generate regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion rates.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- BBA, MBA in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ Years of Experience in IT industry is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
